The 7th Annual Franchisee Satisfaction Awards

The Franchisee Satisfaction Awards sponsored by Franchise Business Review are the industry's most prestigious awards, honoring excellence in franchising. Each year, Franchise Business Review conducts thousands of independent surveys of franchisees across the industry. The Franchisee Satisfaction Awards recognize the leading franchise companies with the highest levels of overall satisfaction among their franchise operators.

Franchise Business Review presents awards to the top rated franchises in 17 industry categories: Advertising & Sales, Automotive, Business Services, Child Services, Cleaning & Maintenance, Financial & Tax, Food, Health & Beauty, Home Services, Pet Services, Real Estate, Specialty Retail, Senior Care, Services, Sports & Recreation, Technology and Travel & Hospitality. The top franchise within each category is also honored with a Best Franchise in Category award. Additionally, franchise companies are recognized in other categories including investment level, overall system size, most improved satisfaction, and Franchise of the Year.

Since 2005, over 500 leading franchise systems have participated in Franchise Business Review's annual Franchisee Satisfaction Awards. Each year, 150 of those franchise businesses are recognized for their system's excellence, as rated and reviewed by their own franchisees.

The Quick Facts

Who: Hundreds of the top franchise businesses across North America will be participating. Whether your franchise business has 10 franchisees or 10,000, this is your opportunity to claim franchise greatness. What: The most prestigious award in franchising... The 7th Annual Franchisee Satisfaction Awards sponsored by Franchise Business Review.
Where: The awards will be announced and presented in Orlando at the International Franchise Association Convention, February 11th - 14th and the winning franchise companies will be honored throughout 2012.
When: Registration is currently underway. Register now to have your franchise company participate. Deadline for entry is December 16th, 2011.

Additionally, all participating franchise companies will receive their overall Franchisee Satisfaction Index (FSI) rating. You will also have the option to purchase a detailed franchisee satisfaction report including powerful sector benchmarking data.
How: Participating franchises are rated by franchisees in a private, independent survey conducted by Franchise Business Review. The top franchise systems—those with the highest franchisee satisfaction ratings—will be notified of their award status by January 28th. The Franchisee Satisfaction Awards will be presented at the IFA's annual convention in February.

February 11-14, 2012 – Award winners announced at IFA Convention - Orlando

Eligibilty: The awards are open to all North American based franchise companies with a minimum of 10 operating franchisees that have been in operation a minimum of one year. Participating companies must also be actively recruiting new franchisees within the U.S. Registrants are required to submit a current franchise disclosure document (FDD) as part of their registration.

By surveying thousands of franchisees each year, Franchise Business Review has created the largest database of franchisee satisfaction information in the industry. In fact, our Franchisee Satisfaction Index (FSI) has quickly become the standard by which franchisors benchmark their overall performance.

In addition to our annual franchise awards, Franchise Business Review works with hundreds of franchise companies on "continuous performance improvement."
