A Top Franchise Quick-Draw

by Kyle Stites

The Alamo ain't seen nothin' yet. In just under twenty days, San Antonio, TX will be host to franchising's largest convention of the year. The International Franchise Association organizes the conference, gathering more than 1500 franchise professionals, "offering non-stop opportunities for networking, gathering new ideas, sharing tips for economic recovery and renewing old acquaintances."*

We at FBR are extremely excited because it is the arena every year that we announce our Top Franchise Award Winners! After a year of surveying more than 500 franchise systems, this is the moment that we get to reward the companies that are doing it right, and attaining remarkable franchisee satisfaction. Our results are based on survey questions which cover everything from training and support, system quality issues, franchisor relationship, financial opportunity to overall satisfaction. To get an idea of this from last year's winners, click here.

As we work diligently on reporting and concluding our 2010 survey details for the next two and a half weeks, we hope that y'all are just as thrilled as we are to kick-off a new and successful decade in franchise satisfaction.

My cowgirl boots are packed, Hold on to your horses, San Antonio...
