For many years now, a low-profile group of IFA members known as the Franchise Relations Committee (FRC) has been tirelessly working to create a library of documents and resources to help share best practices in franchising. There are invaluable resources here... everything from creating a franchisee advisory council to developing effective field operations staff. Problem is, many people don't even know it exists.
