by FBR

‘Veterans and Franchising’ Registration Open through August 31

PORTSMOUTH, NH—Franchise Business Review is looking for the top veteran-friendly franchise brands as part of its 2011 Veterans and Franchising special report. This national project looks at veteran franchisee satisfaction at some of the country’s most popular franchise brands and honors the top franchisors with designation as a Franchise Business Review Top Franchise for Vets.

Franchise brands dedicated to making franchise ownership a reality for military veterans have until August 31 to register to participate in the Franchise Business Review awards. Participants must be U.S. or Canada-based and have at least 10 operating franchisees. Companies may register for the study at http://franchisebusinessreview.com/veterans.

Winners will be listed in the 2011 Veterans and Franchising guide, which will be circulated nationwide.

“FBR’s Veterans and Franchising awards project is an opportunity for franchise brands to highlight their dedication to our country’s servicemen and women,” said Franchise Business Review president and CEO Eric Stites. “Franchise Business Review recognition is among the most sought-after awards in franchising, and prospective franchisees widely recognize Franchise Business Review recognition as a brand’s stamp of approval.”

All participants, regardless of where they fall on the list, will receive insight into their companies’ franchisee satisfaction, a leading performance indicator. Years of Franchise Business Review research show a direct connection between franchisee satisfaction and franchise system growth and overall financial performance. Satisfied franchisees are more engaged, generate higher revenues, and support system growth through strong validation, candidate referrals, and multi-unit operation.
