Franchise Business Review Launches National Study to Recognize Top Franchises

Franchisee Satisfaction Awards Open to Registrants through December 16

PORTSMOUTH, NH—Franchise Business Review is looking for the best and brightest in franchising as part of its 7th Annual Franchisee Satisfaction Awards program. This national project looks at franchisee satisfaction at some of the country’s most popular franchise brands and honors the top franchisors with designation as a Franchise Business Review Top Franchise. This is the only awards program to look at actual franchisee satisfaction data and rank companies based on that.

Past winners include Home Instead Senior Care, Heaven’s Best Carpet Cleaning, Paul Mitchell School, FocalPoint Coaching, Computer Troubleshooters, MaidPro, TeamLogic IT, Sotheby’s International Realty, G.J. Gardner Homes, American Poolplayers Association, and many others.

Franchises have until December 16 to register to participate in the 2012 awards, which will be announced at FBR events held during the International Franchise Association’s 52nd annual convention in Orlando this February. Participants must be based in the U.S. or Canada and have at least 10 operating franchisees. Companies may register for the awards program at http://franchisebusinessreview.com/awards/index.php.

In addition to being recognized in February, winners will be listed in Franchise Business Review’s annual Guide to Today’s Top Franchises, which garners local and national media attention. All participants, regardless of where they fall on the list, will receive insight into their companies’ franchisee satisfaction, a leading performance indicator.

“Franchise Business Review recognition has become even more valuable as prospective buyers expect transparency and do the majority of their research online before reaching out to the franchise brand directly,” said Franchise Business Review president Michelle Rowan.

Years of Franchise Business Review research show a direct connection between franchisee satisfaction and franchise system growth and overall financial performance.
