This third Power Session is part of their 2009 Franchise Performance series of Webinars, Best Practices in Franchise Operations to Kick-Start System Performance and Profitability. Joe will speak about helping yourself and franchisees within your system stay focused and how to keep on track. Some of the topics being discussed are ways to cope with stress, when getting the best of you or your franchisees, how to not let these stress factors impact your quality of work, and tips on not bringing your problems home with you. The session is on Wednesday, September 9th from 1-2pm EST.
