This second Power Session is part of their 2009 Franchise Performance series of Webinars, Best Practices in Franchise Operations to Kick-Start System Performance and Profitability. David will let participants in on how Walt Disney World Resort engages employees to provide outstanding service to guests, focusing on how this is applicable to franchising. He will present Disney’s Wonderful World of Overcoming Challenges and give insight into the Seven Keys to Disney’s Success. The session is on Thursday, September 3rd from 4-5pm EST.

David states, “I founded a company that became the official travel service of Disney's Wide World of Sports complex in Orlando. Working with Disney cast members, attending the Disney Institute and through my own research over the years, I learned many approaches that franchisors and franchisees will find useful in their own operations."
