Franchise Business Review’s Veterans and Franchising 2011 is the first report to look at which franchise opportunities are most veteran-friendly based on franchisee satisfaction.

To expedite this process, we conducted an independent survey of Batteries Plus franchisees on their satisfaction. *Net sales average of $1,365,289 is based on the net sales average for the 95 stores that represent the top 25% of all 383 stores open during the entire 2010 calendar year. Of those 95 stores, 34 stores (or 36% of the 95 stores in the top quartile) met or exceed the net sales average (or 9% of the 383 stores open during the entire 2010 calendar year). Average same store net sales increase of 9% is based on a comparison of net sales in 2009 to 2010 for the comparable period for each of the 383 stores open during the entire 2010 calendar year. 211 (or 55%) met or exceeded the average same store net sales increase. We offer tools to assist in day-to-day operations. There are many support services and programs available which include; real estate, initial and ongoing training, field support, marketing, product and category management, and much more.
Can I stay in my present position and operate a store?
It is not recommended. We prefer that you be directly involved with the business. No one is more concerned about your business being successful than you. However, if you are not interested in running the business on a daily basis, we recommend having a partner or minority investor who will manage the day-to-day operations.
