Independent franchisee satisfaction reviews of today's top franchise opportunities
Although many organizations have set out to look at the “best” franchise opportunities for veterans, until now, none of these listings included data on actual veteran franchisee satisfaction and performance—perhaps the most telling data of all. Franchisee Satisfaction ReportFor anyone researching a franchise, Franchise Business Review knows how important it is to get feedback from current franchisees. To expedite this process, we conducted an independent survey of FocalPoint Coaching franchisees on their satisfaction. All active franchisees were invited to participate in the survey. 82 franchise owners elected to participate (approximately 80%). The survey was completed on January 2011. |
