Franchisee Satisfaction ReportFor anyone researching a franchise, Franchise Business Review knows how important it is to get feedback from current franchisees. To expedite this process, we conducted an independent survey of INTERIORS by Decorating Den franchisees on their satisfaction. All active franchisees were invited to participate in the survey. 375 franchise owners elected to participate (approximately 80%). The survey was completed on January 2008. |

INTERIORS by Decorating Den is the largest affordable, shop-at-home interior decorating service in North America.
Since 1969, each franchisee is trained as a professional interior decorator, as well as how to market and manage a business. Franchisees are supported by field support coaches strategically located throughout the United States and Canada. Decorators bring design ideas, industry knowledge and thousands of samples which can be used for custom designed window treatments, carpeting, area rugs, wall covering, custom furniture, lighting, artwork and accessories to the client's home or office.
Franchisees are set up with over 120 Manufacturer direct wholesale accounts. National Advertising includes Internet, Magazine, TV, and Public Relations initiatives. The franchise system features an extensive marketing program that includes a series of customizable four color brochures & mailers, workshops, and more.
Additional support services are provided for intranet, operating system, ongoing training offerings with online components and "market days" each year to stay abreast of the home furnishings marketplace.
