For anyone researching a franchise, Franchise Business Review knows how important it is to get feedback from current franchisees. To expedite this process, we conducted an independent survey of The Cleaning Authority franchisees on their satisfaction.

All active franchisees were invited to participate in the survey. 111 franchise owners elected to participate (approximately 69%). The survey was completed on March 2007.

Franchise Opportunity Overview

Our industry is booming. More people than ever live in two-income households, they don't have the time or desire to do their own housecleaning and that puts us right in the middle of one of the fastest growing industries in the country.

On top of that, our business isn't seasonal and it doesn't rise and fall with the economy. And best of all, since this growth spurt is a relatively new phenomenon, the industry is far from saturated. Our business is booming. We have a well-thought-out, proven operating system, we have a direct mail program that's very effective at bringing in new customers, we have a unique cleaning system that's helping us establish a growing reputation for excellence, and we still have prime territories available for new franchisees across the U.S. Our franchisees are extremely happy. They're happy with the training and support we give them. They're happy with the systems we've provided them. They're happy with the way their business is growing. They're happy with not having to work nights or weekends. And they're happy to tell you all about it, because they'd like to see our system continue to prosper and grow, just like we would.
